We we are initializing the shell and creating a client interface from
connection string provided we can validate the connection. We don't have any
method in client interface to validate the connection So I guess we can use any
method like tableList(), shardServerList(), shardServerLayout() to validate the
connection. If this method throws an exception we can treat as failure and
report error. What you say?
