Fix For: 0.2.0
Setup the socket timeout in the BlurClientManager for clients. This will allow
the client to interrupt when the server is blocking for some reason. Also will
allow the controller to timeout calls to the shard servers.
As a second part of this task, have the server interrupt the request when the
client closes the connection.
