Aaron mentioned that he would like some documentation pages to be included in
the distribution so that they can be updated per release. The attached patch
adds a folder with most of the documentation from the wiki in a formatted
documentation site.
Note: the only thing I did not do was to put the pages from the wiki under
Other pages. At least one of those seemed out of date to me (i.e. talking
about how 0.2 would remove Records and Rows).
