Locally - I've added terms to the data command list (seems like should be there
given api)
TermDataCommand.java
help desc - "Gets the terms list."
usage - "<tablename> <family> <column name> <start with> <size>";
I'm not sure exactly what I should do with column family ie if it should be
optional?
