Overall the patch looks good. The one thing that I would add is "implements
TableFirstArgCommand" to the Commands that take table name as the first
parameter (which is all of them I think). That way the table name can be tab
completed like the other commands. Note: The TableFirstArgCommand interface
doesn't contain any methods it's just a marker interface.
