I am able to reproduce this, I debug the code and found that createTable method
is getting called twice in case if we are removing the table and recreating it
with another shard count. I am not able to catch the reason behind this. I
guess this is something related to zookeeper watchers. Can you please help me
in debugging this or give me a hint that what could be the issue?
