Sounds like your not connected to the internet and you dont have
maven-site-plugin-2.0-beta-7.pom available in your repo. Try pulling that down
and installing it into your local repo with mvn install:install-file.
Typically I will make a fresh mvn repo connected to the internet, build
whatever I need (for example blur) and copy that repo to my non-internet
connected machine.
Your Java version should work fine.
