It'd be helpful to support at least a soft copy command in the shell where the
table definition can be copied to a new table. It should at least support
these:
copy -src <srctable> -to <desttable> -l <location> -c <cluster>
Perhaps it should be called copy-def or something to make clear that it's only
copying the table definition and not the underlying index/data?
