Tim Williams closed BLUR-348.

Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 0.2.4

I pushed at least an initial cut at this. It only copies the table definition
if that proves non-obvious we may want to rename it in the future...
> new Copy command in the shell

> It'd be helpful to support at least a soft copy command in the shell where
> the table definition can be copied to a new table. It should at least
> support these:
> copy -src <srctable> -to <desttable> -l <location> -c <cluster>
> Perhaps it should be called copy-def or something to make clear that it's
> only copying the table definition and not the underlying index/data?
