Description:
- Format Time Started
- Sort by Time Started descending
- Format Percent complete to 0 decimal places
- Truncate very long queries and allow them to be expanded
- Show username from BlurQueryStatus.getUser instead of
BlurQueryStatus.getQuery.getUserContext
- "age" queries so they don't immediately disappear from the list
