Description:
- term typeahead does not work if there is a space after the colon
- display busy indicator when retrieving terms for typeahead
- show selected user in #searchOptionsDisplay
- collapse column family tabs instead of wrapping to two lines
- if a column family is used more than once in the query, that family displays
multiple times in the results tabs

- use tabs in search and fetch. or... allow user to choose which display to use
- after clicking rowid to fetch, back button does not return to search results
- collapse column family tabs instead of wrapping to two lines

multiple times in the results tabs
