Now that the BlurOutputFormat can have an output path that's outside of Blur,
it'd be nice to have a shell command that allows one to import the results of a
job. I'm thinking it'd just have the same params as the thrift call itself,
e.g.:
blur> import table1 hdfs://my-cluster/user/ernie/table-data/foo
