Gday All Currently Greater West Area Health Service in NSW is having management of maintenance, domestic services and Biomedical Engineering given to Spotless by the NSW dept of Health. There has been no choice for staff if they want to work for them or not. They are not taking all staff employed and it has been reported that 12 out of 37 maintenance and BME staff will be displaced. Has anyone had experience with dealing with this company. All comments on their accounting, staff management and common sense would be appreciated. So far 1 out of 4 in BME has been elliminated from the department with the 2nd interview(interegation) for the remaining 3 this week.
