Hello, I have received a query from an overseas manufacturer regarding colour coding of flexible power supply cords and power plug requirements for Australian medical applications. Their is some suggestion that cordsets for use in Australian medical applications are preferred by hospitals to have a clear, transparent plug and orange, flexible cable.
Could anyone please provide feedback on whether their are any industry preferences for flexible power supply cords and plugs.
