Colleagues,

The ACMA has released a Spectrum Proposal covering the Band 403-520MHz. In the
proposal, they have asked the question whether there are any biomedical
telemetry users operating their devices in the 520-526 MHz band under a LIPD
Class Licence.

The Clinical Panel of the Engineers Australia Biomedical College would like to
respond on our communities behalf and are seeking advice as to existing systems
operating in this spectrum area or close by as listed in the title.

If you have a system currently operating within this band, can you please
respond to the following questions by emailing me by mid next week (27 May
2009).

1. Manufacturer, Model and size of System eg how many transmitters
2. Date of Installation
3. Frequency Agility of System - can it be moved to higher frequencies
4. Estimated Remaining life of System

Regards,
