Team StethoCloud's entry in the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2012 competition is a pneumonia diagnosis tool that utilises a Windows Phone app the team developed together with a digital stethoscope peripheral to send clinical data and a breath recording to Microsoft's cloud platform, Windows Azure. Azure is then able to assess the data and calculate a likelihood of pneumonia based on the digital sample provided.
