Hi everyone,

Fiji for the first time had purchased an MRI last year and the
warranty expires this year in November. We're liaising with the
supplier on the details of the contract before an agreement is
drafted.

Is anyone able to provide information on what important information we
should include and be careful of? We'll be having a discussion with
the supplier next week and your responses would greatly assist.

I was also wondering if it's common for the anual service fee to
increase every year by a certian percentage even if the agreement is
for a period of say 5 years.
