BIOMEDICAL / ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN Permanent Full Time Port Macquarie - Vacancy reference 275543 Port Macquarie Base Hospital has undergone a full redevelopment with a brand new purpose built clinical services building and incorporates new medical equipment. There are 9 x Operating Theatres inclusive of Interventional Suite. There is a new Cardiac Cath Lab and the facility also contains 2 x linear accelerators. The Biomedical Engineering Department has been fully refurbished. Kempsey District Hospital is currently under a full redevelopment with brand new facilities and medical equipment and is scheduled to open in November 2015. In January 2016, Port Macquarie will have Charles Sturt University opening a purpose built facility with plans to accommodate 5,000 students.
