After a while of sueing and claiming IPs from SCO, IBM
and Redhat countersued SCO seperately,
Suse had beed claimed its support of Redhat action,

SCO was beginning sueing almost everyone for example:

I knew Redhat as a company that respects GNU/Free
community. Unlike some others that insert some of
their non GPLed packages in thei GNU/Linux
distributions.
