we will try to, but I second your suggestion to follow the path of the LibreOfficeBox: Put everything on the DVD.
Holding all files for all snapshots, betas, RCs and releases require a *lot* of space, and I can't make any guarantees to have all this on a public server forever. We will also have to archive things locally, I guess.
