Hi Charles (again), one thing I've noticed after having some hours sleep ... its is rather about handling than touching the content of the Trademark Policy.
Since the Trademark Policy is something "official" and it might (or: I hope ...) get translated into various languages and there might be variances in its meaning, is there any need to highlight that the English version is the "binding" one? At least for other topics like the Bylaws, or the Branding Guidelines this may be assumed - but do we require a more explicit statement here?
