without deputies. In order to be quorate, the vote needs to have 1/2 of
the Board of Directors members, which gives 4.
A total of 4 Board of Directors members have participated in the vote.
The vote is quorate.
A quorum could be reached with a simple majority of 3 votes.
Result of vote: 4 approvals, 0 neutral, 0 disapprovals.
Decision: The request has been accepted.

expenses incurred during our presence at Berlin Foundation Day, and
the KOMPASS award reception the night before, hosted by the German
Head Association for Foundations.
Mike and me attended last Friday, given this excellent opportunity
to network with other foundations and Berlin politicians.
Detailed expenses are:
- booth: € 119.00
- train ticket Thorsten: € 78.40
- hotel Thorsten: € 66.50
