Hi! I have been chatting on Mastodon with a blind user who has feedback about the choices made in the web design and the resulting ease of access of the web pages using a screen reader (tl;dr: they think there are easy improvements possible). It would be excellent if the new hire had experience consulting with and designing for users with disabilities. Perhaps this preference could be added to the "Skills" section of the job description?
