Friends: We have several leads with corporations, media, and community members to follow up on. Further, there are clear work items for us to do in structuring a community process for assessing vendor and technology compliance with Open Cloud principles.
I believe it's time to structure our shared work effort to make this happen. Unless and until we establish funding that creates a permanent staff for the initiative, we are the team that plans and executes the work. I suggest that we use this mail to discuss our approach, or else take direction from @samj on how he plans for us to collectively proceed. There is a ton of promise and initial public goodwill for the OCI - let's organize so that we can turn that momentum into impact. Cheers, Sam
