That disclosure you should have made from the beginning, specially since it was your request to the board (which looked like a closed thing already). Apparently I'm not the only one having concerns and I raised (privately) my voice even though I'm not a board member. It's important how the foundation is viewed by others (and by potential future members of the foundation).
