I've volunteered for all sorts of things lately, but I don't intend to volunteer for being the editor of lots of councils and groups that I'm not even on, and thus don't know much about.

The specs council has only made one decision to date -- recommending that the members approve the creation of the PAPE working group. The minutes from that decision were posted to the specs list.
