The current policy is to consider it approved if there are no objections seven days after I publish the minutes. On this particular occasion, due to other commitments, I was a couple days late both in publishing the draft for the board to review and releasing it seven days later, which I will endeavour to avoid in future. However, I cannot do it any earlier than seven days after the board meeting due to standing policy.
