I was also curious about the level of transparency regarding the
ballots after they have been cast. Who will have access to our
ballots: the community at-large, the Board, a sub-committee of the
Board, etc?

FWIW, I preferred the method that allowed me to use my form-fill
tool (to fill the URL of my OP) vs. the new pop-up box.
