It'd be good to try using our voting tool for a BoD or EC vote. I'm interested to see how well it works for this case. In particular, I think for this case we actually *do* want to see who voted for what which isn't true for many of the community-voting use-cases. Of course we'll also need to figure out if this is allowed by our bylaws and by the actual law. Perhaps there's too much overhead to do this for this particular decision, but it's definitely something we should figure out.
