Ohoomm...and perhaps that prematurely known outcome shouldn't be published prior to the end of the vote (either way).We should not foreclose the opportunity for board members to record their vote, even when the outcome is known.I’ll also add that for the votes that pertain to changing the IPR process, a supermajority is needed to pass, as per the process, and therefore, I would encourage everyone to vote.
