Hi David,
Based on preliminary feedback, there seems to be support to combine
the Popup and Language extensions into a single "UI" extension.
There was a constructive discussion over the weekend about Draft 0
of the Popup extension. I'm planning on updating the draft later
today based on the feedback and to also include the Language Pref
into the extension, unless there's any disagreement.
