It's motorized. It's tropicalized. Plus there is a large yellow service tag
stating any unauthorized person removing, destroying, or defacing the tag can
be fined $1000 or subject to up to 1 year in prison. How's that for
excitement? The tag will remain tied to the switch as long as it is in my
possession...
Looks to be NOS, still mounted on its plywood shipping base. Nice, beefy
construction. Base dimensions are about 5 1/2 x 10 inches, roughly 8 1/2
inches tall. The contacts at the top of the unit do hang out a bit farther
than the base dimensions. Overall envelope is about 6 x 11 x 9 inches. There
is a hand-written date on the tag of 10-22-68.
Anybody out there have a use for a SPDT switch rated at 15000 volts (per the
S&C id plate)? Anyone know a reasonable price?
