Hi Wilson.
The 2c39 has been used in homebrew power amps, mainly at 432, 902, 1296, 2304
and 3456 Mhz.
They will, of course, also function at lower frequencies, but their physical
design tends to favor their use at UHF and above, in a resonant cavity.
I use a pair of them, in my 432 Mhz transmitter.
