[Boatanchors] B&W or E. F. Johnson Electronic TR Switch

Would anyone on here have an electronic TR switch they would sell me?  
B&W had one,  model number 380B.  Also, E. F. Jonson made them in two 
sizes.  I know one of them was 250-39.

I'd like to restore one and use it with a CW transmitter and outboard 
receiver.
