Biedler's Belts is incredible for belts and they have pulleys. You don't need exact replacements, if you have the ratio right. http://www.biedlers-belts.com/ For the hole, make a couple of shims to fill out the shaft. If the setscrew isn't enough hold, make a dimple for it. WL
