This is a Vibroplex keyer, number 99025 (not sure if that is a serial number or a model number). The metal >finish is dull grey and is dusty. No severe corrosion/pitting, but there are >knicks, some scratches, and an area of missing finish (paint?). Please review the pictures for additional details. Note that the plastic part of the keyer are more of a fire engine red rather than the pink-ish hue in the photos.
