A side comment: for me, IBERCIVIS often has its DCF jacked up
against the upper limit. With all the various rules operating, that
can translate into "don't download now from that project if any core
happens to be crunching for that project". I only connect once a
day. The result of them doing a poor job of setting the estimates
-- IBERCIVIS often gets the short end of the stick.
