I must say, that I found Pauls statements to be pretty clear and concise while capturing all that is needed to say. His data was displaying exactly what we did state, and while I didn't re-extract it from the merged log he provided my guess is that I'd see the same.
If the scheduler were written in Java, I'd long have tried out the ideas I got while reading all the messages on the list; but alas, the idea remains an idea.
