Again, not following too closely, but one point of order. There are cases where work is ready to begin execution, prior to any file downloads being completed. If all the required files already exist on the client, then the new command line in the scheduler reply is all that's needed to begin.
There was some discussion of waiting until file downloads were completed before attempting to schedule tasks. Even with a long list of files included with a task, the client may already have them all. So, just keep in mind that such a check should be of actual downloads required, and not just "files exist in WU template of scheduler reply". Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's.
