May I nominate as my personal highest concern the work-fetch decision
decribed in "Work fetch bug in v6.6.23" (boinc_alpha, 17 April, 10:51 UTC). 
Follow-up discussion with JM7 on same list, 23 April, 14:02 to 16:27 UTC.

This is the case where a CUDA shortfall with no fetchable CUDA project ends
up with BOINC issuing a CPU work request to the value of the CPU shortfall -
which is 0.00

Bad (contradictory) message log entry, DOS on project server.
