Yes, I think this is a file permission issue. I do the "chmod" action on
folder "download", "upload", "template", "tmp_computername", and then, I
stop and start again, the assimilator still died when it was called.

I checked the log file, it said that the assimilator got a terminate signal.
Due to this log is saved in my company computer, I will post it later.

The assimilator I used is comes from the single job feature. It was
generated automatically when I run "html/ops/single_job_setup.php
path-to-boinc-samples" (http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/SingleJob).

BTW: That domain user who submit job is not a local user.
