Should we add a "clear" button to the Messages tab?
-------- Original Message -------- Subject: [boinc_helpers] Fwd: Boinc - delete messages Date: Sun, 5 Jul 2009 19:34:14 +0930 From: Lachlan Martin <[email protected]> To: [email protected] References: <[email protected]> Hi all this came through. "The following message was sent by a BOINC Help user. Hi Lachlan Could you please advise if there is a way to delete old messages from the Boinc manager Thanks Brad Rhodes" I haven't been able to test this because I'am away from my computers running BOINC clients but if the user simply deletes or edits 'stdoutdae.txt' removing the old messages. The wiki says the messages are writen to stoutdea.txt would that remove the messages? wiki here: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Advanced_view#The_Messages_tab thanks Lachlan -- This message transmitted on 100% recycled electrons.
