I agree that the phrase 'web-based settings' in the BM preferences window is
confusing, but not many newbies would be likely to find or even look for a
clarification on the Boinc website. It would be better if the phrase itself
in the preferences window were clarified.

Instead of 'Click Clear to restore web-based settings' what about 'Click
Clear to restore the Boinc usage preferences in your projects' accounts'?
This is a longer phrase but I think there's plenty of space for it on one
line. Has anyone a shorter or better suggestion?
