I would like to propose that non-CPU intensive projects be replaced with an app plan class of non-CPU intensive. This would allow one project to issue CPU, ATI, CUDA, and non CPU intensive tasks.
This goes with each plan class needing its own settings for Debt. CPU intensive tasks need LTD and STD. GPU tasks need only LTD, and attempting to mix CPU and GPU LTD has lead to several problems - including at the moment infinite negative LTD. GPU tasks run FIFO, so STD is completely irrelevant.
