If I want to assign workunits to a group of testers, I have to create
a team for them to test.
--assign_team_all ID
assign the job to all hosts of the given team
What if I want to assign to all Volunteer testers listed in
manage_special_users.php
Volunteer tester - would seem ideal for assigning test workunits
