The weighting should be applied as I suggested earlier in a reverse order of earnings. and that the weighting also decay in step bands. Otherwise you effectively allow a person to attach to a broad span and then not really contribute much to most projects. Thus you give the highest bonus to the lowest project earnings. The point is to spread out the contributions so that, at least in theory, SaH would maybe stop getting 50% of the total contributions.
