There are other scenarios I think you missed ... One other one happened on MW ... the project wide devaluation of about 20% because of a perceived over-payment was matched by a roughly 19% performance improvement at almost the same time of the ATI application ... the consequences of that are still showing there ...
One other point I did not make in *MY* list of questions and that is also not addressed is the questions of the NCI projects ... at the moment we have at least three issuing work, QCN, FreeHAL and Anansi with the latter two both having network usage components ... a feature of the "original" credit system that is also not addressed by the proposals ...
