coproc.h in BOINC 6.10.56 contains include of cal.h And including of coproc.h required to build science app vs this boinc version. It's AMD GPU include file. Version provided with BOINC is 1.00.0 beta. Almost certainly currently available ATI Stream SDK contains newer version of this file. If science app will use ATI GPU it should include this file from SDK, not from BOINC. But this means one should make sure that include path listed in particular order with ATI includes first then boinc. For what reason science app should include cal.h (and coproc.h) at all if it not use GPU ? I would request more correct header preparation to exclude third party vendor includes from headers set required to build science app.
