You have a message like this: "Sat Aug 14 08:58:48 2010 NVIDIA GPU 0: GeForce 8800 GT (driver version unknown, CUDA version 3010, compute capability 1.1, 512MB, 336 GFLOPS peak)"?
Did you check your settings on the Collatz site to make sure that the GPU work is enabled? One of the threads on Collatz talks to the installation of the driver and toolkit, there is an order they have to be installed, and in some cases the system restarted for all to be well. BUt the most likely issue is GPU is turned off in the web preferences on Collatz.
