Hi! I noticed that the Version of the BOINC Core Client is kept in the serialnum field in the host table, but apparently not for all hosts.
Can anyone tell me what this depends on? It can't be a certain Client version, there are pretty old Clients listed there (down to 4.19). If that feature was introduced with a certain scheduler / server code revision can it be assumed that for all hosts that contacted the server after the project started using this revision the Client version is recorded there, and hosts that don't have that field set thus aren't active anymore?
